VIDEO RECORDINGS ACT, 1989 (REGISTERS) REGULATIONS, 1994.
I, MÁIRE GEOGHEGAN-QUINN, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 14 , 15 and 31 of the Video Recordings Act, 1989 (No. 22 of 1989), hereby make the following Regulations:

These Regulations may be cited as the Video Recordings Act, 1989 (Registers) Regulations, 1994.
2.
The Register of Certificated Video Works shall be a register containing an entry in the form specified in Part I of the Schedule to these Regulations or in a form to the like effect in relation to each video work in respect of which a supply certificate is in force for the time being.
3.
The Register of Prohibited Video Works shall be a register containing an entry in the form specified in Part II of the Schedule to these Regulations or in a form to the like effect in relation to each video work in respect of which a prohibition order is in force for the time being.
4.
The Video Recordings Act, 1989 (Register of Prohibited Video Works) Regulations, 1991 ( S.I. No. 217 of 1991 ) are hereby revoked.
