OIREACHTAS (ALLOWANCES TO MEMBERS) (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1994 (SECTION 2) ORDER, 1995.

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 2 and 8 of the Oireachtas (Allowances to Members) (Amendment) Act, 1994 (No. 21 of 1994), hereby make the following Order:

1.

This Order may be cited as the Oireachtas (Allowances to Members) (Amendment) Act (Section 2) Order, 1995.

2.

The Schedule to the Oireachtas (Allowances to Members) (Amendment) Act, 1994 (Sections 2 and 3) Order, 1994 ( S.I. No. 302 of 1994 ), is hereby amended by the substitution for Part I thereof of the following Part:

PART I. Rates of annual allowances payable to chairmen of specified Oireachtas Committees.
