1 Repeal of section 37 of Gas Act, 1976.
1.—Section 37 of the Gas Act, 1976, is hereby repealed.
2 Short title and collective citation.
2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Gas (Amendment) Act, 1998.
(2) The Gas Acts, 1976 to 1995, and this Act may be cited together as the Gas Acts, 1976 to 1998.
