LegalizeState Property Act 1998
1 Amendment of National Stud Act, 1945.
1.—The National Stud Act, 1945, is hereby amended by the repeal of section 7.
2 Amendment of State Property Act, 1954.
2.—The State Property Act, 1954, is hereby amended in the First Schedule by the repeal of paragraph 5.
3 Short title.
3.—This Act may be cited as the State Property Act, 1998.
