1 Amendment of section 28 of Údarás na Gaeltachta Act, 1979.
1.—Section 28 of the údarás na Gaeltachta Act, 1979, is hereby amended in subsection (1) by the insertion of “and six months” after “five years”.
2 Short title, collective citation and construction.
2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the údarás na Gaeltachta (Amendment) Act, 1999.
(2) The údarás na Gaeltachta Acts, 1979 to 1993, and this Act may be cited together as the Údarás na Gaeltachta Acts, 1979 to 1999, and shall be construed together as one Act.
