1 Period of time within which declaration under Article 29.7 of Constitution may be made.

1.— The period of 24 months commencing on the day on which section 7 of Article 29 of the Constitution was added to the Constitution is hereby provided for the purposes of subsection 5 of that section.

2 Short title.

2.— This Act may be cited as the Declaration under Article 29.7 of the Constitution (Extension of Time) Act, 1999.
