	(b) undergoing penal servitude, imprisonment or detention in legal custody.”.

	“2. A self-employed contributor who by virtue of—
	(a) Chapter 2 of Part III is in receipt of unemployment assistance,
	(b) Chapter 3 of Part III is in receipt of pre-retirement allowance, or
