No. 91 of 1987 ) as adapted by the Marine (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order, 1997 ( S.I. No. 301 of 1997 ), order as folows:
1.
This order may be cited as the Harbour Authorities (Miscellaneous) (Non-Holding Of Elections) Order, 1999.

It is hereby directed that the election to be held in the year 1999 of the elected members of a harbour authority specified in the Schedule to this Order shall not be held.
