1 Repeals.

1.—The following are hereby repealed:

(a) the Cement Act, 1933,

(b) the Cement (Amendment) Act, 1938, and

(c) the Cement (Amendment) Act, 1962.

2 Short title and commencement.

2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Cement (Repeal of Enactments) Act, 2000.

(2) This Act shall come into operation on such day as the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment may appoint by order.
