The Minister for the Environment and Local Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 14 of the Building Control Act, 1990 (No. 3 of 1990), hereby orders as follows:-
1.
This Order may be cited as the Building Regulations Advisory Body Order, 2002.
2.
(1) A body to be known as the Building Regulations Advisory Body, hereinafter referred to as “the Advisory Body”, is hereby appointed.
- (2) The Advisory Body shall, for the period commencing on the 9^th day of January 2002 and expiring on the 31^st day of December, 2006, consist of the persons named in the Schedule to this Order.
3 The Chairperson of the Advisory Body for the period commencing on the 9^th day of January, 2002 and expiring on the 31^st day of December, 2006, shall be Professor Owen Lewis.
