NATIONAL BEEF ASSURANCE SCHEME ACT, 2000 (APPROVAL) ORDER 2006
I, Mary Coughlan, Minister for Agriculture and Food, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 1(5) and 8(1) of the National Beef Assurance Scheme Act 2000 (No. 2 of 2000), hereby order as follows:

This Order may be cited as the National Beef Assurance Scheme Act 2000 (Approval) Order, 2006.
2.
The period for participants to apply for the grant of a certificate of approval under section 8 of the Act is extended until 31 December 2008.
