LegalizePrison Development (Confirmation of Resolutions) Act 2008
1. Confirmation of resolutions of Houses of Oireachtas.
1.— The resolutions approving of the development of a prison in the District Electoral Division of Kilsallaghan in the county of Fingal passed by Dáil Éireann on 17 June 2008 and by Seanad Éireann on 18 June 2008 under section 26 of the Prisons Act 2007 are confirmed.
2. Short title.
2.— This Act may be cited as the Prison Development (Confirmation of Resolutions) Act 2008.
