LegalizeGas (Amendment) Act 2009
1. Amendment of section 23 of Gas Act 1976.
1.— Section 23(2) of the Gas Act 1976 is amended by substituting “€3,000,000,000” for “€1,700,000,000” (inserted by section 31 of the Sustainable Energy Act 2002).
2. Short title and collective citation.
2.— (1) This Act may be cited as the Gas (Amendment) Act 2009.
(2) The Gas Acts 1976 to 2002 and this Act may be cited as the Gas Acts 1976 to 2009.
