LegalizeForestry (Amendment) Act 2009
1. Amendment of section 24 (power to borrow) of Forestry Act 1988.
1.— Section 24(1)(b) of the Forestry Act 1988 is amended by substituting “€400,000,000” for “£80 million”.
2. Short title, collective citation and construction.
2.— (1) This Act may be cited as the Forestry (Amendment) Act 2009.
(2) The Forestry Acts 1946 to 1988 and this Act may be cited as the Forestry Acts 1946 to 2009 and shall be construed together as one Act.
