ETHICS IN PUBLIC OFFICE (DESIGNATED POSITIONS IN PUBLIC BODIES) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2009

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 11th August, 2009.
I, BRIAN LENIHAN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the Ethics in Public Office Act 1995 (No. 22 of 1995) hereby make the following regulations:

These Regulations may be cited as the Ethics in Public Office (Designated Positions in Public Bodies) (Amendment) Regulations 2009.

The Ethics in Public Office (Designated Positions in Public Bodies) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2008 ( S.I. No. 606 of 2008 ) are amended by substituting the following for paragraph 2:
“2. The Ethics in Public Office (Designated Positions in Public Bodies) Regulations 2004 ( S.I. No. 698 of 2004 ) are amended by substituting for the matter in the Schedule the matter in the Schedule to these Regulations.”.
