I, MARY MITCHELL O’CONNOR, Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Companies Act 2014 (No 38 of 2014), hereby order as follows:

This Order may be cited as the Companies Act 2014 (Commencement) Order 2016.

Article 3 of the Companies Act 2014 (Commencement) Order 2015 ( S.I. No. 169 of 2015 ) is amended by the deletion of paragraph (a) from Article 3.
