Children and Family Relationships (Amendment) Act 2018

1. Definition

1. In this Act “Principal Act” means the Children and Family Relationships Act 2015.

2. Amendment of section 4 of Principal Act

2. Section 4 of the Principal Act is amended in paragraph (a)(ii) of the definition of “donor” by the substitution of “section 26(5)” for “section 26(6)”.

3. Amendment of section 14 of Principal Act

3. Section 14 of the Principal Act is amended in subsection (7) by the insertion of “shall be in such form as may be prescribed and” after “subsection (5)(b)”.

4. Amendment of section 16 of Principal Act

4. Section 16 of the Principal Act is amended in subsection (7) by the insertion of “shall be in such form as may be prescribed and” after “subsection (5)(b)”.

5. Short title and commencement

5. (1) This Act may be cited as the Children and Family Relationships (Amendment) Act 2018.

(2) This Act shall come into operation on such day or days as the Minister for Health may appoint by order or orders either generally or with reference to any particular purpose or provision and different days may be so appointed for different purposes or different provisions.
