“Iris Oifigiúil” of 10th September, 2019.
I, PASCHAL DONOHOE, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by paragraph (j) of the definition of “State authority” in section 7 (1) of the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2000 (No. 39 of 2000), and with the consent of the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform, hereby order as follows:

This Order may be cited as the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2000 (State Authority) Order 2019.

The National Shared Services Office is prescribed for the purposes of paragraph (j) of the definition of “State authority” in section 7 (1) of the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2000 (No. 39 of 2000).
The Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform consents to the foregoing Order.
