Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 30th June, 2020.

I, Seán Kyne, Minister of State at the Department of Culture, Heritage and the Gaeltacht, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 4 of, and paragraph 3 of the First Schedule to, the Official Languages Act 2003 (No. 32 of 2003) (as adapted by the Arts, Heritage, Regional, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2017 ( S.I. No. 350 of 2017 )) and the Culture, Heritage and the Gaeltacht (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order 2018 ( S.I. No. 449 of 2018 ), with the consent of the Minister for Finance and, to the extent that the Regulations relate to the respective functions of the Minister for Defence, the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform, the Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade, the Minister for Education and Skills, the Minister for Justice and Equality, the Minister for Business, Enterprise & Innovation, the Minister for Health, the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport, the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs, the Minister for Rural and Community Development, the Minister for Employment Affairs and Social Protection, the Minister for Housing, Planning and Local Government and the Minister for Communications, Climate Action and Environment, with the consent of those Ministers, hereby make the following Regulations, with respect to which, pursuant to subsection (3) of that section, a draft has been laid before each House of the Oireachtas and a resolution approving of the draft has been passed by each such House:

• (ii) by the insertion of the references to the public bodies specified in Schedule 2,

and

• (b) in the English text -

• (i) by the deletion of the references to the public bodies specified in Schedule 3, and

• (ii) by the insertion of the references to the public bodies specified in Schedule 4.
