1. Amendment of section 10 of Irish Film Board Act 1980

1. Section 10 of the Irish Film Board Act 1980 is amended by the substitution of “€840,000,000” for “€500,000,000” (inserted by section 1 of the Irish Film Board (Amendment) Act 2018) and the said section 10, as so amended, is set out in the Table to this section.

The aggregate amount of any investments, loans, grants or moneys provided by the Board under sections 6 and 8 of this Act, together with the aggregate amount of principal and interest which the Board may at any one time be liable to repay on foot of any guarantee under section 7 of this Act for the time being in force, together with the amount of principal and interest (if any) which the Board has previously paid on foot of any guarantees and which has not been repaid to the Board, shall not exceed €840,000,000.

2. (1) This Act may be cited as the Irish Film Board (Amendment) Act 2025.

(2) The Irish Film Board Acts 1980 to 2018 and this Act may be cited together as the Irish Film Board Acts 1980 to 2025.
