(4A) In complying with subsection (2)(c) above, an education authority shall have regard to— (a) any Gaelic language plan published by the authority under section 5(9) of the Gaelic Language (Scotland) Act 2005 (asp 7), and (b) any guidance published by Bòrd na Gàidhlig under section 9 of that Act.

The Bòrd—

and the Bòrd's property is not to be regarded as property of, or held on behalf of, the Crown.
