(7A) (1) Regard is to be had to the importance of providing health care in a way that seeks to avoid re-traumatisation and is otherwise trauma-informed. (2) Sub-paragraph (1) applies only in relation to the exercise of functions conferred by section 1 of the 2021 Act.
