in that year is authorised to the amount of £8,474,916,000.

The Department of Finance and Personnel may issue out of the Consolidated Fund the sum of £7,224,593.19 and apply that sum for the purposes of expenditure by the Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety in the year ending 31st March 2007 on superannuation benefits to or in respect of persons engaged in the health and personal social services or in other approved employment.

Repeal of spent provisions

The statutory provisions mentioned in Schedule 3 are hereby repealed to the extent specified in the second column of that Schedule.
