Repeals

(1) The Allowances to Members of the Assembly Act (Northern Ireland) 2000 (c. 3) is repealed.

(2) The entry relating to the Northern Ireland Assembly Commission in Part 1 of the Schedule to the Statutory Rules (Northern Ireland) Order 1979 (NI 12) is repealed.

This Act comes into operation on Royal Assent.

This Act may be cited as the Allowances to Members of the Assembly (Repeal) Act (Northern Ireland) 2011.
