The Department of Economic Development in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 1(2) of the Industrial Training (Northern Ireland) Order 1990[^f00001], paragraph 2(1) of Schedule 1 to the Northern Ireland Act 1974[^f00002] and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:—

Citation and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Industrial Training (1990 Order) (Commencement No. 2) Order (Northern Ireland) Order 1990.

(2) In this Order—

“the Order of 1990” means the Industrial Training (Northern Ireland) Order 1990.

Commencement

The day appointed for the coming into operation of Article 1(3) of the Order of 1990 shall be 6th February 1991.

Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order brings into operation on 6th February 1991 Article 1(3) of the Industrial Training (Northern Ireland) Order 1990.
