Made: 10th March 1992

The Department of Health and Social Services, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 1(3) of the Social Security (Northern Ireland) Order 1990 and paragraph 2(1) of Schedule 1 to the Northern Ireland Act 1974 and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following order:

Citation

This order may be cited as the Social Security (1990 Order) (Commencement No. 4) Order (Northern Ireland) 1992.

Appointed Day

2

The day appointed for the coming into operation of Article 19(1) to (4) of the Social Security (Northern Ireland) Order 1990 (interest in respect of certain contributions under the Social Security (Northern Ireland) Act 1975 is 6th April 1992.
