Made: 12th March 1992

The Department of Economic Development, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 1(2) and (3) of the Electricity (Northern Ireland) Order 1992 and paragraph 2(1) of Schedule 1 to the Northern Ireland Act 1974 and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:

Citation

This Order may be cited as the Electricity (1992 Order) (Commencement No. 2) Order (Northern Ireland) 1992.

Interpretation

In this Order “the Commencement No. 1 Order” means the Electricity (1992 Order) (Commencement No. 1) Order (Northern Ireland) 1992 .

Schedule

Provisions of the Order Subject matter of provisions
Article 34 insofar as it relates to any provision of Schedule 7 not brought into operation by the Commencement No. 1 Order or this Order. Use, etc, of meters.
Paragraph 1 of Schedule 7 insofar as it relates to any provision of that Schedule not brought into operation by the Commencement No. 1 Order or this Order. Interpretation.
Paragraphs 2 to 10 of Schedule 7 except paragraph 8(3) of that Schedule. Use, etc, of electricity meters.
