The Child Support (1991 Order) (Commencement No. 2) Order (Northern Ireland) 1992

The Department of Health and Social Services, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 1(2) of the Child Support (Northern Ireland) Order 1991 and paragraph 2(1) of Schedule 1 to the Northern Ireland Act 1974 and of all other powers enabling it on that behalf, hereby makes the following order:

Citation

This order may be cited as the Child Support (1991 Order) (Commencement No. 2) Order (Northern Ireland) 1992.

Day appointed for the coming into operation of certain provisions of the Child Support (Northern Ireland) Order 1991

The day appointed for the coming into operation of the following provisions of the Child Support (Northern Ireland) Order 1991 is 1st September 1992—

• Article 15 (Child Support Officers);

• Article 23(1) and (4) and Schedule 3 (Child Support Appeal Tribunals) in so far as they are not already in operation;

• Paragraphs 2 to 4 of Schedule 4 and Article 24 in so far as it relates to those paragraphs (Child Support Commissioners);

• Paragraph 1 of Schedule 5 and Article 51(3) in so far as it relates to that paragraph (Consequential Amendments).
