The Social Security (Austria) Order (Northern Ireland) 1992
Made: 18th December 1992
Coming into operation: 31st December 1992
In exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 155 of the Social Security Administration (Northern Ireland) Act 1992 and of all other powers enabling me in that behalf, I hereby make the following order:
Citation and commencement

This order may be cited as the Social Security (Austria) Order (Northern Ireland) 1992 and shall come into operation on 31st December 1992.
Modification of the Contributions and Benefits Act and the Administration Act and variation of the Austria Order

The Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 1992 and the Social Security Administration (Northern Ireland) Act 1992 shall be modified and the Social Security (Austria) Order (Northern Ireland) 1981 shall be varied so as to give effect to the amendments made to the Convention on Social Security set out in the Schedule to that order by the Second Supplementary Convention set out in Schedule 1 to this order (which Second Supplementary Convention shall enter into force in consequence of the Notes set out in Schedule 2 to this order), so far as the same relate to Northern Ireland.
SCHEDULE 1 — Second Supplementary Convention to the Convention on Social Security between the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the Republic of Austria
