Coming into operation: 1st April 1992

The Department of Economic Development, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 69(3) of the Electricity (Northern Ireland) Order 1992 and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, and with the consent of the Department of Finance and Personnel, hereby makes the following order:

This Order may be cited as the Electricity (Transfer Date) Order (Northern Ireland) 1992 and shall come into force on 1st April 1992.

The day appointed for the purposes of Article 69(4) of the Electricity (Northern Ireland) Order 1992 shall be 1st April 1992.
