In exercise of the powers conferred on me by Article 1(2) of the County Courts (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) Order 1996[^f00001], I hereby make the following Order:—

Citation

This Order may be cited as the County Courts (Amendment) (1996 Order) (Commencement) Order (Northern Ireland) 1996.

Appointed day

The day appointed for the coming into operation of the County Courts (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) Order 1996 shall be 1st September 1996.
