The Energy Conservation Act 1996 (Commencement) Order (Northern Ireland) 1996
Made: 2nd December 1996
The Department of the Environment for Northern Ireland, in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by sections 2(2) and (4) of the Energy Conservation Act 1996[^f00001] and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order—
Citation

This Order may be cited as the Energy Conservation Act 1996 (Commencement) Order (Northern Ireland) 1996.
Appointed day
2
The day appointed for the coming into force of the Energy Conservation Act 1996 shall be 5th December 1996.

Explanatory note
(This note is not part of the Order.)
This Order brings the provisions of the Energy Conservation Act 1996 into force on 5th December 1996.
