Licensing (Form of Children’s Certificate) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1997

Coming into operation: 20th February 1997
The Department of Health and Social Services, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 59(10) of the Licensing (Northern Ireland) Order 1996[^f00001] and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement

These regulations may be cited as the Licensing (Form of Children’s Certificate) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1997 and shall come into operation on 20th February 1997.
Form of children’s certificate

A children’s certificate shall be in the form set out in the Schedule.

Explanatory note
(This note is not part of the Regulations.)
These regulations prescribe the form of children’s certificate which is granted by a court in respect of any part of licensed premises which contains a bar or is used exclusively or mainly for the sale and consumption of intoxicating liquor. Children’s certificates may be granted under the Licensing (Northern Ireland) Order 1996 which came into operation on 20th February 1997.
