The Health and Personal Social Services (2001 Act) (Commencement No. 4) Order (Northern Ireland) 2002
Made: 10th May 2002
The Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety[^f00001] in exercise of powers conferred on it by section 61(2) of the Health and Personal Social Services Act (Northern Ireland) 2001[^f00002] and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and interpretation

- (1) This Order may be cited as the Health and Personal Social Services (2001 Act) (Commencement No. 4) Order (Northern Ireland) 2002.
- (2) In this Order:
- “the Act” means the Health and Personal Social Services Act (Northern Ireland) 2001.
Appointed day
2
10th June 2002 is the day appointed for the coming into operation of section 48 of the Act.
