The Department for Social Development, in exercise of the power conferred on it by Article 26(2)(d) and (e) of the Housing (Northern Ireland) Order 2003[^f00001] and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:

Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Regulations.)

Article 26 of the Housing (Northern Ireland) Order 2003 (power to grant injunctions against anti-social behaviour) allows the courts to grant, on application by the Housing Executive, a registered housing association or a private landlord, injunctions prohibiting a person from engaging or threatening to engage in anti-social behaviour in relation to certain descriptions of residential premises. Regulation 2 adds further categories of premises to which Article 26 applies.
