Coming into operation: 1st April 2003

The Department of the Environment, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Articles 61(1), 66(1) and 218(1) of the Road Traffic (Northern Ireland) Order 1981[^f00001] and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, and with the approval of the Department of Finance and Personnel[^f00002], hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Public Service Vehicles (Licence Fees) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2003.

Amendment of the Public Service Vehicles Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1985

In the Public Service Vehicles Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1985[^f00003] for Schedule 7 there shall be substituted –

Revocation

The Public Service Vehicles (Licence Fees) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2002[^f00004] is hereby revoked.

These Regulations amend the Public Service Vehicles Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1985 by increasing some of the fees payable –

The Public Service Vehicles (Licence Fees) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2002 are revoked.
