The Department for Social Development, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 1(3) of the Licensing (Indoor Arenas) (Northern Ireland) Order 2004[^f00001] and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:

This Order may be cited as the Licensing (Indoor Arenas) (2004 Order) (Commencement) Order (Northern Ireland) 2004.

Appointed day

The day appointed for the coming into operation of Articles 3 to 8 of the Licensing (Indoor Arenas) (Northern Ireland) Order 2004 is 6th January 2005.
