Coming into operation: 6th January 2005

The Department for Social Development, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 34(1) of the Licensing (Northern Ireland) Order 1996[^f00001] and now vested in it[^f00002] and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Licensing (Register of Licences) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2004 and shall come into operation on 6th January 2005.

Particulars of attachments to licences for indoor arenas

In heading (i) of row 3; column 3 of the Schedule to the Licensing (Register of Licences) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1997[^f00003] for “or 43(2);” there shall be substituted “,15(6A), 43(2) or 77A(2)(a); or varied or removed under Art. 77A(2)(b);”.

Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Regulations.)

These regulations amend the Licensing (Register of Licences) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1997 so that the particulars of conditions attached to licences for indoor arenas are recorded in the register of licences.
