Public Service Vehicles (Conditions of Fitness, Equipment and Use) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2004

Coming into operation: 14th January 2005
The Department of the Environment, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Articles 55(1), (2) and (6) and 110(2) of the Road Traffic (Northern Ireland) Order 1995[^f00001] and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Public Service Vehicles (Conditions of Fitness, Equipment and Use) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2004 and shall come into operation on 14th January 2005.
Amendment of the Public Service Vehicles (Conditions of Fitness, Equipment and Use) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1995

Regulation 30 (width) of the Public Service Vehicles (Conditions of Fitness, Equipment and Use) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1995[^f00002] is hereby revoked.

Explanatory note
(This note is not part of the Regulations.)
These Regulations further amend the Public Service Vehicles (Conditions of Fitness, Equipment and Use) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1995 so as to revoke regulation 30 which relates to the width of taxis.
