Made: 21st December 2004

Coming into operation: 6th January 2005

The Lord Chancellor in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 116(1) of the Judicature (Northern Ireland) Act 1978[^f00001] after consultation with the Lord Chief Justice, and with the concurrence of the Treasury, hereby makes the following Order:

Amendments to the principal Rules

In Section D in Schedule 1 to the principal Order after Fee No. 12(m) there shall be inserted the following new fee:–

(n) Application to vary or remove conditions with respect to a licence for an indoor arena under Article 77A £136·00

In Section E in Schedule 1 to the principal Order Fee No. 16, Fee No. 17 and Fee No. 18 shall be deleted.
