The Department of Education, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 1(3) of the Education and Libraries (Northern Ireland) Order 2003[^f00001], and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
Citation

This Order may be cited as the Education and Libraries (2003 Order) (Commencement No. 2) Order (Northern Ireland) 2005.
Appointed Day

Paragraphs 8 and 9, and 13 to 15 of Schedule 1 to the Education and Libraries (Northern Ireland) Order 2003 shall come into operation on 29th April 2005.

Explanatory note
(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order commences an amendement to Articles of the Education (Northern Ireland) Order 1998, Part VII, Financing of Schools, as provided by the consequential and supplementary amendments in Schedule 1 to the Education and Libraries (Northern Ireland) Order 2003, relating to the suspension of financial delegation in schools, provision for special schools and other miscellaneous financial provisions relating to schools.
