The Department for Social Development makes the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by Article 1(3) of the Unauthorised Encampments (Northern Ireland) Order 2005[^f00001].

This Order may be cited as the Unauthorised Encampments (2005 Order) (Commencement) Order (Northern Ireland) 2006.
Appointed day

The day appointed for the coming into operation of Articles 3 to 9 of the Unauthorised Encampments (Northern Ireland) Order 2005 is 19th July 2006.
