The Department for Employment and Learning, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 1(3) of the Higher Education (Northern Ireland) Order 2005[^f00001] makes the following Order:

The day appointed for the coming into operation of the following provisions of the 2005 Order is 13th February 2006:

Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order appoints 13th February 2006 for the coming into operation of the remaining provisions of the Higher Education (Northern Ireland) Order 2005.

Article 2 commences provisions concerning the imposition by the Department for Employment and Learning of conditions to control fees at higher education institutions.
