Coming into operation -: 30th October 2006

The Department for Regional Development makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 4(4) of the Traffic Management (Northern Ireland) Order 2005[^f00001]:

Penalty Charges

The penalty charge payable for each of the contraventions specified in Schedule 1 to the Order shall be £90.00.

Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Regulations)

EXPLANATORY NOTE

These Regulations prescribe penalty charges for road traffic offences subject to civil enforcement for the purposes of Article 4(4) of the Traffic Management (Northern Ireland) Order 2005.

The penalty charge to be applied in these cases is £60. Percentage reductions or increases in specified cases are also given.
