The Department of the Environment makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 1(3) of the Planning Reform (Northern Ireland) Order 2006[^f00001].

Citation

This Order may be cited as the Planning Reform (2006 Order) (Commencement No. 2) Order (Northern Ireland) 2006.

Appointed day

The appointed day for the coming into operation of Article 5 of the Planning Reform (Northern Ireland) Order 2006 is 17th October 2006.
