The Department of the Environment makes the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by Article 1(3) of the Dangerous Wild Animals (Northern Ireland) Order 2004[^f00001]:

This Order may be cited as the Dangerous Wild Animals (2004 Order) (Commencement No.2) Order (Northern Ireland) 2006.
Appointed day

The day appointed for the coming into operation of Articles 3 to 11 of the Dangerous Wild Animals (Northern Ireland) Order 2004 is 28th December 2006.
Revocation
3
The Dangerous Wild Animals (2004 Order) (Commencement No.1) Order (Northern Ireland) 2006[^f00002] is revoked.
