The Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety[^f00001], in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 10(6) of the Health and Personal Social Services (Northern Ireland) Order 1991[^f00002], makes the following Regulations:

Amendment of regulation 2 of the principal Regulations

In regulation 2 (Maximum number of Directors) of the principal Regulations for the word “eleven” substitute the word “thirteen”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

These Regulations provide for an increase in the number of directors of an Health and Social Services Trust from eleven to thirteen.
