Affirmed by resolution of the Assembly: 10th March 2008

Coming into operation in accordance with Article 1(2)

The First Minister and deputy First Minister acting jointly, in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 8 of the Departments (Northern Ireland) Order 1999[^f00001], make the following Order—

In this Order—

Transfer of certain functions of Department of Culture, Arts and Leisure

References in statutory provisions, etc.

Transfer of assets and liabilities

All property, rights and liabilities to which the transferor is entitled or subject immediately before the transfer date in connection with the functions transferred by this Order shall on that date be transferred to, and by virtue of this Order vest in, the transferee.

Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order transfers certain functions of the Department of Culture, Arts and Leisure and the Minister of that Department to the Department of Finance and Personnel and the Minister of that Department respectively.
