Made: 11th March 2009

To be laid before Parliament

Coming into operation: 6th April 2009

The Lord Chancellor makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by Articles 9(2), 12(2) and 27 of the Legal Aid, Advice and Assistance (Northern Ireland) Order 1981[^f00001] and now vested in him[^f00002].

Application, revocation and saving

For the yearly sums specified in Article 9(1) of the Order[^f00005] there shall be substituted—

For the yearly sum of “£3,156” specified in Article 12(1)(a) of the Order[^f00006] there shall be substituted the yearly sum of “£3,355”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

These Regulations amend the Legal Aid, Advice and Assistance (Northern Ireland) Order 1981 so as to:
