Coming into operation-: 1st June 2009

The Council of the Pharmaceutical Society of Northern Ireland, in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 5 of the Pharmacy (Northern Ireland) Order 1976[^f00001],makes the following Regulations with the approval of the Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety[^f00002]

Citation, commencement and interpretation

In these Regulations “the principal Regulations” means the Pharmaceutical Society of Northern Ireland (General) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1994[^f00003].

Amendment of the principal Regulations

In regulation 2 of the principal Regulations (registration fees) for “£345” there shall be substituted “£372”.

In regulation 3 of the principal Regulations (restoration fees) for “£112” there shall be substituted “£121”.

In regulation 4 of the principal Regulations (retention fees)–
